We understand that your first visit to a new eye doctor can feel overwhelming and we try to accommodate all new patients with a comfortable and organized facility. After you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive an email and/or text message. We ask that you confirm your appointment and then complete the check in prior to your appointment. This will provide us with details for your visit, your medical history and insurance information, so we may better prepare for your appointment. If the appointment is not confirmed, we will call a few days prior to confirm your appointment and go over any information or copays that will be due the day of your examination. On the day of your examination, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you were not able to complete the check in, we ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to complete it in the office.
For our returning patients, you will also receive an email and/or text message to confirm your appointment and to review/update your personal information. Please make sure the insurance information is up to date with your most current ID numbers.
We enjoy meeting new patients and catching up with current ones. We understand most people would rather be doing other things than being at a doctor’s office. At Rabbitt Family Vision Center we strive to make this a pleasant experience and invite you to join our family.
