Rabbitt Family Vision Center is a growing family owned business that has been in the North Sioux City area for over 25 years. In 1998 Dr. Rabbitt and his father Dale started Outpost Optical in the Outpost Plaza in North Sioux City. In 2006, Outpost Optical moved to its previous location at 206 Military Road, also in North Sioux City. In 2017, with a new name, Rabbitt Family Vision Center made the move to a new and improved location at 100 River Drive in North Sioux City, South Dakota.
With this new, fully equipped optometric facility, Rabbitt Family Vision Center will continue to provide comprehensive ocular health exams for all ages, medical management of ocular diseases, contact lens evaluations, pediatric exams, as well as co-management services following surgery with an ophthalmologist. We provide an outstanding customer experience, and have one of the largest frame inventories in the Sioux City area. Rabbitt Family Vision Center also expanded the Vision Therapy area to include Sport Vision Training, Concussion Therapy, and Stroke Therapy.
